Service Description
The Annual Team DISC Package is designed to improve how your team communicates, collaborates, and solves problems. Through the DISC assessment, each team member gains insights into their personality type and behavioral style, which leads to better understanding of how to work together effectively. The annual team meeting brings everyone together to discuss these insights, while the free workshop provides hands-on strategies to improve teamwork and leadership. By the end of this package, your team will be better equipped to handle challenges, communicate more clearly, and align on goals. Starting at: $80 per person Eligibility: Must have completed the Individual DISC Assessment or purchase it with this package. All team members must complete the assessment before the team meeting and workshop.
Cancellation Policy
SC Consultings Booking Policy Booking Notice: All consultations and services must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled meeting time. To reschedule, please use the link provided in your booking confirmation email or contact us directly. You can cancel or reschedule your meeting without penalty if done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Once a service has been purchased, no refunds will be issued. However, you may reschedule your appointment for another time. Missed Appointments: If you miss your scheduled appointment without prior notification, you are allowed one rescheduling with a $25 fee. If a second appointment is missed, the rescheduling fee will increase to $50. Any further missed appointments will incur a $50 fee for each reschedule.
